Select Your Favorites & Review Docs
To build your favorites list, click the ♥ to save your favorite penthouse residences on the interactive interface on the “Sky Cabins” web page. Then, within your account, you can organize and prioritize your list of favorite homes. Your account also provides a Pre-Purchase Checklist and direct access to due diligence documents.

SUBMIT YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT
On January 30, 2025, at Noon MT, contract submittal begins for all Sky Cabins. The Purchase and Sale Agreement form can be found in the Purchaser Documents section of the website. The Sky Cabins contract submittal deadline is February 4, 2025, at 11AM MT.

PURCHASE YOUR RESIDENCE
Contracts will be signed digitally beginning on February 4, 2025, at 11AM MT at the Slifer Smith & Frampton office in Snowmass Base Village. Sky Cabins will use a blind/random selection process if more than one clean, full price contract is received on the same residence.
