Begin your day at Stratos Ski Lounge, where you’ll find your boots warm and dry, and all your gear neatly stored. Featuring ski lockers, a separate ski storage area, and step-out-your-door access to the slopes, the Ski Lounge is part of Stratos’ unique Stow & Go program.
STOW & GO
The signature Stow & Go program features convenient and effortless storage spaces, including secure lockable storage cabinets for personal effects within the bathrooms and bedrooms of each home, a separate owner storage cage within the building, as well as bike and ski rooms.

A creative community center that serves as the social hub of Base Village. Collective Hall offers live music, comedy, educational speakers and more. The Game Lounge includes foosball, pool, video games, a ball pit and more.
WINTER ICE RINK & SUMMER EVENTS LAWN
The heart of Snowmass Base Village is the ice rink, offering free skating and rentals. The rink turns into an events lawn in the summer with music, fitness classes, outdoor games, splash pools and special events.

It’s important to all who live and play in Snowmass that development does its part to protect and preserve our winters and clean mountain air. Stratos is designed to minimize the amount of energy required to power the buildings while providing maximum comfort and control. High-performance triple pane windows, robust insulation, and a mechanical system that enhances efficiency in heating and cooling are some of the strategies utilized. Stratos is also anticipated to join the collection of other LEED-certified buildings in SBV, which, as a whole, is a LEED-certified neighborhood.
